Portfolio → Møller Mobility Group

As Møller Mobility Group undertook a multi-year core transformation, we reimagined key digital services to create more flexible, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. My work spanned multiple areas, including restructuring the online workshop booking system, streamlining the used car sales process, and developing a robust multi-brand design system. By leveraging agile methods and cross-functional collaboration, we built digital experiences that not only improved efficiency but also positioned Møller Mobility Group for long-term success.

Core tranformation and system restructuring

Møller Mobility Group embarked on a multi-year core transformation, requiring a fresh approach to the future of online workshop booking. To support this shift, we explored how to restructure databases and their connected systems, ensuring a more flexible and scalable booking solution with fewer dependencies. This foundational work laid the groundwork for a more agile and resilient digital ecosystem.

Online workshop booking

As part of the online booking team, I worked to improve conversion rates and increase the share of fully digital customers scheduling workshop appointments. By optimizing the booking experience, we made it the primary customer touchpoint and the preferred method for service scheduling. The project was deeply integrated with the larger transformation effort, ensuring that the future booking system could seamlessly adapt to evolving business needs.

Used car sales digitalization

In the used car team, we transformed a traditionally manual process into a fully digital experience. Customers could now receive instant price estimates, along with automated offers or rejections, streamlining both buying and selling. This shift has strengthened Møller Mobility Group’s commitment to the used car market by making transactions more efficient and accessible.

Multi-brand design system

Together with a cross-functional team, I was responsible for developing and maintaining a white-label, multi-brand design system with flexible components and shared principles. This work included structuring visual identities using design tokens, establishing efficient workflows for component design and development, and defining guidelines for usability and accessibility. As a result, maintaining multiple brand identities became significantly more manageable, and UI design across brands became faster and more consistent.
